¼ Chiming Carriage Clocks

Less common than striking carriage clocks are two further types, Petit Sonnerie and Grande Sonnerie. Both strike on two bells or gongs. Petit sonnererie strikes hours on 1 bell/gong & on the ¼ hour it ting tangs to indicate which ¼ . Grande Sonnerie strikes the last hour, then ting tangs the ¼’s. Both are provided with a repeat button. The Grande Sonnerie repeats as it strikes and Petit Sonnerie repeats the hour and then the ¼.

No ¼ Chiming Carriage Clocks at present, please do try back again shortly as our stock changes regularly.
