HARDY OF NOTTINGHAM LONGCASE

An attractive & most original 30 hour longcase clock by Hardy of Nottingham. The three wheel going plated movement is chain driven & strikes the hours on a bell by countwheel. The very pretty 12” dial has double Arabic numerals, dotted minutes, calendar and blued steel hands. Subtle gold leaf & blue decoration. The well proportioned case has a lovely colour with mahogany detailing & fan inlay to the trunk door.
