A small & beautifully proportioned local 8 day longcase clock by John Snelling, Worldham (near Alton). Good quality movement striking the hours on a bell. The pretty 11 ½ “ dial decorative engraving to the matted centre, ‘four seasons spandrels’ & fine blued steel hands. The oak case has a fine colour & patina, long door & blind fret to the hood.
